Carefree Estate was founded by Sheri as a natural extension of her passion for property caretaking, heart for hospitality and commitment to excellence. Her experience includes 21 years as co-founder, co-owner, and general manager of a successful small lodging business in Colorado.
She’s renovated several properties, including a historic 1929 home and guest house. With her natural curiosity, willingness to learn, and “roll up your sleeves” work ethic, she became quite knowledgeable and versed in the art of managing major renovations as well as everyday repairs and maintenance.
Sheri has lived in Colorado for over 30 years and has a deep understanding of how high elevation, volatile weather, and even wildlife, can affect property. With firsthand knowledge of how storms and particularly hail can damage structures. She is adept at post-storm assessments, knowing where to spot signs of hail damage, such as broken or damaged windows, impact marks to stucco, siding, roof, and gutters, along with surveying the landscape for damage to vegetation and sprinkler systems.
Underpinning her hospitality and vacation rental property management experience is a deep love for helping others with an ability to anticipate their needs before being asked. She is solution-minded, organized, and efficient, providing an exceptional level of service for clients with a goal of exceeding their expectations.
